Mr. Cong Lin

Mr. Cong Lin is the Managing Partner of LR Capital Group. He was born in mainland China. He graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University in 2002 and received an MBA degree from Stanford University in 2008. In his early years, Mr. Cong Lin worked for many professional service organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Boston Consulting. In 2010, he participated in the establishment of China’s largest classified information network platform 58 City (WUBA) as a core founding member. 58 City was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2013 with a maximum market value of more than $9 billion. After that, Mr. Cong Lin participated in the creation and investment of many companies, involving finance, trade and Internet and other fields, including LR Capital (a financial investment company), Youche Chengpin (a used car trading company), ChaBoShi (a vehicle inspection company), 58 Finance (a Chinese financial technology company) and so on. He has also served as a board member of several listed companies, including Renren (RENN), Happy Car (KXIN), Youxin Group (UXIN), etc.

Mr. Raymond Yung

Mr. Raymond Yung served as the Founding Chief Executive Officer of L.R. Capital Group until his retirement. Mr. Yung is recognized as a financial services expert and has been advising financial institutions in China and Hong Kong for over 35 years. Prior to joining L.R. Capital, Mr. Yung served as the China Leader for PwC’s financial services practice since 2002 where he led a team of over 1000 professionals. Mr. Yung has been heavily involved in the reform process of many Chinese state-owned banks and is one of the key authors of the PwC China Bank Reform Roadmap. Prior to relocating to China, Mr. Yung has served as the leader of Arthur Andersen’s financial services group in Hong Kong. His most notable achievement is leading the restructuring of the Bank of China Hong Kong Group in preparation of an IPO in 2002. Between 1991 to 1992, Mr. Yung was appointed as a special advisor to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in relation to internal controls and accounting matters, and subsequently appointed by the Hong Kong Government to the Banking Advisory Committee in the HKMA. He is a member of the HK Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and CPA Australia.
